Sophia Seymour is an award-winning WRITER/DIRECTOR based between the UK and Italy, working across documentary, fiction and commercial content.

Sophia is a graduate of the National Film and Television School (2024) With a background in music PR and artist management.

Sophia is Fluent in Italian and her filmmaking is deeply informed by her years living and working in Naples. she has worked as a journalist and fixer in Naples, securing access to complex and high-risk environments and developing an immersive, people-led approach to storytelling that continues to shape her work.
